They rip you off

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
Son moved into Saddlebrooke while attending Baylor. He signed a 6 month lease and at the end of the 6 month lease as he was making sure he was set to leave they informed him he had not given them written notice that he was leaving (only verbal) and that he needed to pay for two additional months because they had a written 60 day notice. BEWARE!! Every other apt. complex he rented from during his 4 years at Baylor had no such requirement. When he signed the lease for the determined months, it was a signed agreement and that was it. No additional written notice so they can rip you off for two additional moths of rent.
