I can't speak to the moving out fees because I still live here, but I have no idea what half these people are talking about. None of my vehicles have ever been towed and I'm not really super concerned if the gate doesn't work a few days every few months. Speaking to the guy who said the manager needs her green card, I'm not sure who you are talking about because the manager I know of speaks perfect English and appears to have been living here for the better part of her life. My maintenance requests are handled in a fairly short time span and I have very little disturbances.

Outside of the fact that I have not experienced move-out from this location, I give it a full recommendation.

Everything IS NOT fine. And how would you know the manager lives on site? That is, IF, in fact management does live on site. Furthermore, you SHOULD be super concerned "if the gate doesn't work," ESPECIALLY when you know darn well it's more often than "a few days every few months." That is BS! It's waaaaaaaay more often than that and you very well know it. In the event that alone doesn't "super concern" you, something clearly does or you wouldn't be checking out this site. ??? Apartments appear to be somewhat "made ready" to lease to unsuspecting new residents, after that, you're on your own as far as maintenance. For the record, NOT every resident gets discouraged and tosses in the towel...some fight back. I'm willing to bet sitting judges/juries would take a mighty dim view of what's been going on, I don't care how many high dollar litigators Saddlebrook can hire.
