I'm surprised by all the negative comments on here. I have lived here for more than two years. In that time I have only had to make one maintenance request, for a problem with the toilet. It was fixed within hours of my phone call.

Compared to other apartment complexes I have lived in, it is a quiet neighborhood. There are only a handful of childen currently, and I have only seen them outside playing after dark once or twice.

The gate is a problem - it does break frequently.

Also, the gym is supposed to be open at 6am. More than a handful of times I have gone over there between 6 and 7 to find out that the door had not been unlocked. That can be frustrating.

Whoever designed the volleyball court was drunk or stupid.

We are moving out later this month. I was disappointed that the management did not offer us any kind of financial incentive to stay. They stuck to the fine print when it came to the 60 day notice to move, and also in the additional fees that come with living there month-to-month. We had no intention of living there month-to-month, but our lease ran out in December and we couldn't move until this month.

So in summary, I would recommend anyone to live in Saddlebrook. If the gate is a deal-breaker for you, then perhaps you should consider another complex. Otherwise, read the fine print on your lease (as we all should anyway), and you will probably be satisfied with the place. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

Why is my review contradictory? I explained both positive and negative thoughts about the place. But overall I give it a "thumbs up".

Time reveals all things and time will reveal much about Saddlebrook. TAA lease forms should all be the same (regardless of the complex) except of course for the rental amount, etc. Saddlebrook makes quite a few changes, write-ins, stamped info NOT in the form that they insert and make you initial, etc. NONE of these reviews will be on your limited mind once Saddlesuck is through with you.
