I guess Saddlebrook is trying to salvage what is left of the tennants in this complex. It is unclear wheather they were fired or quit. Mary is no more, and niether is Melody, not to mention that there are rumors of embezzlement. I expect this place will either be under new management or bankrupt before too long here. Thank God! This place sucks and so does the owner! Mold is a really bad problem in several of the apts. We were made to sign a mold release, now I see why. The airborne mold strain has been making me sick and management refuses to fix it. The apartment has water damage they have refused to fix.

why would you post a negative comment about something you know nothing about..how sad you are..i have lived at saddlebrook and saddlebrook west for the last 5 years and have had a wonderful experience..if you were an intelligent individual and read your lease contract you have noticed that all siged taa leases are required to be accompanied by a mold addendum..pepole like you need to get a life!

You idiot, if you've been here for 5 years, my guess is that you are one of those useless "courtesy" (security) officers who live rent free and want to keep it that way. FOR THE RECORD-no one renews here, Management doesn't want you to, they want to bleed you dry, then get another sucker to bleed, there is a constant turnover. Reason for that is they like fresh meat to put the shuckings to. Come time to renew your lease they will NOT negotiate one thing. They renew at the "market rate" which is quite excessive (their version anyway) or they renew at way above the market rate. No one is willing to do that, for they can get so much more for their $ elsewhere and don't have to deal with the grief. This is NOT a stable place to live. I was told off the record by someone with WPD to "get out of that place." That is a fact and can be proven.

Amen to that. It isn't safe. Scruffy-types in and out 24/7. We called security a couple of times and they were either gone, out of town, whatever they never even came. They are hurting for money and we look for them to fold, file bankruptcy, etc. Then the sloths that live for free will have to pay rent like the rest of us. I don't know of anyone that's lived on this property for 5 years. I know for certain you haven't been paying rent, or even rent at a reduced rate. this place couldn't afford to keep you. He**, it's emptied out. Sad too because some really nice folks lived here and all just moved out over the last few months. something is certainly wrong, there's no denying that much. Office staff, embezzelment indeed, that's no surprise, they have always been out for themselves.

The staff is embezzling money. I am taking them to small claims court because they refuse to give me back my deposit however I have never received in writing a reason why. Please keep copies of anything you do with this place. They are crooks. This place is an overpriced ghetto! Management is so rude and the owner has no clue what is going on and does not care. Stay far far waway from this place. Tell all your friends as well!
