If I get a notice, then she should too!! Why does she get to have that ugly stuff on her porch which is on a sidewalk and I couldn't have my nice chair under the stairwell'' DISCRIMINATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
IF NO ONE RENTS HERE OR RENEWS THEIR LEASE- THESE PEOPLE WILL BE FORCED TO CHANGE. WHY PAY $800.00 A MONTH OR MORE TO BE TREATED POORLY''''''' PROBLEMS NOT FIXED OR ADDRESSED- TO FEEL LIKE YOU LIVE WHERE THE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE'''' AND IS RUDE''
Drive around the property- it looks like it is about 30-40 percent vacant. People are moving out. If you ask them, they will tell you they find other places that are cheaper with better management.
Don't have a problem here!! You think they are OKAY until then. Read the bad reviews- they are all true!!! It's all about money for them.
On the weekend after New Year's, they put out a nasty letter on everyone's door saying if you paid late (past the first), you would be fined. VERY RUDELY WORDED!!!! One would think with the holiday if you dropped your rent by on the morning of the 2nd, it would not be a problem. Wrong!!
Here are some problems- keep in mind, you MUST pay your rent on time!!
Maintenance requests take at least two days for them to get to them. Then, if the problem is difficult, who knows when the problem will be resolved''''
Residents don't pick up pet droppings- that is never addressed. They don't have a newsletter. That would probably cost them money.
Someone feeds the cats and they don't do anything about it. As a result, there are alot of wild cats on the property. Disgusting. But the people who are honest and put down they have pets have to pay for each pet.
The gates are open quite a bit of the time. I don't think they are broken, they just don't want them to become broken so they don't have to pay to have them fixed. But remember, you have to pay your rent ON TIME!!!
The office staff won't accept Fed-Ex or UPS packages for you. What do you do if you can't accept them at work or don't want to'''' I had to send mine to a friends house-what a pain!! I am paying how much not to be able to receive packages at my apartment unless they leave them on the porch'''
The office staff is extremely slow responding to problems. They are all smiles when you rent and them that smile "turns upside down"!! They don't care about the residents. It is awful...
I promise- this is all true. Someone dumped several plants into the pool. While this was NOT right--- if the management treated people with the respect they deserve, it probably would not have happened. They put out a notice offering a $1000.00 reward about a week or so later after everyone was talking about it. Oh yes, I forgot, I never got into the pool this summer because it always looked dirty.
Look around and spend your money wisely!!! Don't move here unless you want to be stuck for a year in an enviroment that has made me very unhappy and resentful about the way I have been treated!!!!!!!!!

That's hilarious about the plants and serves them right. They're probably PO'd because they have to clean the pool, and frankly, I'd be surprised if they even cleaned it now. We never use the pool because we've never actually seen the pumps on and working...that is a health dept. code violation. Wonder whose deposit they'll use to pay for the pool to be cleaned? You are right about the pet droppings, but please know, at least ONE INDIVIDUAL picks up HER pets droppings. This is a large animal mind you. Poor, poor creature, it's never walked any further than it's front door, does it's business, the stupid resident picks it up and puts it in a plastic sack that does NOTHING to subdue the smell, then this resident tosses her pet's bag of CRAP on her OWN PORCH and does that for several days in a row until she decides to somehow dispose of all the bags. It's NASTY. That is so nasty! Imagine THAT smell. Then of course you have the residents who repeatedly throw their household trash on their front porch and leave it. The filthy nasty, wild, stray, disease carrying cats tear it open and then it's all over OUR porch and everyone elses, not to mention the parking area, our cars, etc. The health department needs to come in here and shut this place down. The thugs, who knows if they actually live here or not. They walk all through the parking areas, in and out of the gate all night long. We're supposed to have security, but we never see any security making their rounds, hope we aren't paying for THEM to live free. Also supposed to have designated parking, but that too, is a lie. They assign each apt. ONE space but they don't care or do anything if someone else parks in your space. They lie and say they tow, but we've never had any luck getting them to tow unknown cars out of OUR space. I am ashamed to tell people I live here, we can't wait until our lease is up and just waiting for them to try and give us a hard time. |

Patios are for PATIO FURNITURE, period. Not a weeks worth of bagged up dog droppings, trash, couches, funky chairs, junky nic-nacs, discarded cigarette butts, empty beer cans, etc.
I don't know of any apt. complex that will accept packages for you, that's not their job and that is understandable.
Rent IS due the 1st, that IS unusual, however, it's in the lease that you signed.
Apts. are yucky, rent is high, security practically non-existant, parking a nightmare, noise a problem, as are stray cats. Other than that the place is just peachy.

Hah... you don't know of any that will accept packages? I don't know of any that won't.
By the way, I've gotten notices of eviction twice (both stating I had to be out within 4 days) because #1 my rent check slid under a file and no one bothered to look for it or notify me politely and #2 I was out of the country and had to guess at what my arbitrary outrageously high water bill would be. I guessed around 10 dollars to little and got the notice.
This place sucks.
