I hate it here. I cannot wait to move out. I even hate to walk into the office, thinking that they are going to hit me with something else. I saw T.V's in the other room when I went into the office the other day. That is a sure way to get new residents in this terrible place.
I notice someone move in today, I feel sorry for them. The minute they start complaining about something, they will know, what a bad place this is..and then it will be too late.

Notice no one ever renews their lease. They go up to a market rate upon renewal. not even an idiot would continue to lease at those rates. they just went up on everyone's water bills. city of waco water rates in a house or duplex are less than this. something is wrong with this place management wise. no security, no clue what that's about. they live here but pick and choose the calls they take. Cars broken into, contents stolen all the time. sad.
