These apartments are by far one of the worst apartments here in Waco. I have spoken to many people and they all have different problems here. I cannot wait to move out. There has been a shake up in management and I have found that the new manager is rude and not interested in keeping anyone as a tenet. These apartments flood, causing mold to build up on the walls and floors. Last year when many apartments flooded a number of tenets complained and asked the structural problem of saddlebrook to be corrected. No structural defects have been cured. Maintenance in these apartments are very poor. If you have a problem here, then your voice will most likely be ignored. DO NOT RENT AT SADDLEBROOK APTS.

have you checked your mailbox? Now they are sending water bills for amounts from who knows when? I have heard the amounts range from $100.00 up. I don't believe what they are doing now!!!

i sublet my apartment and sent a non renewal letter saying that i was not going to renew my lease and suprisingly they never recieved it! so i am getting sued for 2 months worth plus court fees and other fees. so i hear ya. and i didnt even break my lease and they got they're money fair and square and i was doing all that i could not to have this happen and it did.

Firstly, any such notification should have been sent Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, and THAT receipt is what you would take to court with you. Notices to Vacate most often go MIA with Saddlebrook. Also, most leases specifically state NO SUBLETTING. You might want to check yours.
