I have lived at Saddlebrook on two separate occassions. I found the management to be polite and responsive to issues. I was not charged more than the standard carpet cleaning fee and final utilities either time I moved out. I was informed of the 60 day notice requirement both times when I signed the lease contract. I signed the notice to vacate when I moved in so I wouldn't forget--at their suggestion. The first time I lived there I had a roof leak after a terrible storm on a weekend. They had someone out early Sunday morning fixing the problem.

you're either completely retarded, completely lying, or work for the z's.....1.) the only standard carpet cleaning fee is the one the apartment owes you after 12 mos residency. 60 day notice is invalidated in lease by leasor and their handy stampage due to conflicting language in the lease. BBB says bad, THA says bad, TAA wants to drop their affiliation due to the liability. i have the court papers to show it. they are petty thieves. do you have the court papers? fact is, you probably still live three, i bet you money you are the courtesy guard. By the way, if TAA defiliates, all leases are void in 60 days. good luck with your fantasy world. PS process some of the work orders and get off the internet. maybe you can get my apartment fixed.
