My consulting job requires that I often relocate; thus, I've lived in a LOT of apartments over the past 30 years. I have been at Saddle Brook for two years and have ZERO complaints. I currently have relocated to another state, but am keeping my Saddle Brook apt. anyway since I expect to return within a year or two. Any maintenance was completed quickly, the management is always polite and professional, and they DO provide any information regarding lease requirements. Hey, if fools are too stupid to ask questions or communicate, don't blame management! I've yet to come across a mind reading apartment manager. Forget the negative garbage from others here. Saddle Brook is a nice place to live and is in, perhaps, the nicest location in the Waco area.

Read it. I am a consultant. Maintaining a residence there has tax advantages. I also intend to return to Waco. Anyway, I'm glad folks like you choose to not be a neighbor. Gotta keep the riff-raff bums outside the gates.

Hmmm....why would anyone pay for an apt for a year that they won't be in it? Believe me, when you get back to the area, Saddlebrook WILL have a vacancy for you. Sounds like staff member making a stab at getting more business (to save their jobs).
