You, clearly, ARE "Management," question is, do you work "West" or are you at the older Saddlebrook @ 9000, or do you work BOTH offices' Granted same complex, though the reviews appear better at "West."
LOL Renters-the deception runs deep, the bad reviews are all true, I live here. Yikes!

The property is a very nice community with alot of great people. More good than bad. You know it is to bad that the very happy people in the complex like me do not take the time to let everyone know any of the great things that happen here its always the ones that do not follow through with their lease contracts and expect special treatment. They have no idea about fair housing compliance!!!

the zidell's aparently know little about sec.92 of texas property code. they know even less about customer service. ask ANY local realtor or member of HTAA
