People on this site complain because the complex enforces the very contracts we sign with them. I would be better off without a neighbor like this so just move on and let the rest of us enjoy The Luxury Complex and Good living we have wtihout you people. You are probably one of the few thugs we want rid of anyway. You are complaining because you want to live this lifestyle but dont make enough money to really sit back and enjoy it. LOL

i'm certain you learn a lot in hairstylist college but lets graduate you to the real world. the complex in fact does NOT enforce their contract. the complex stays in disrepair, the residents, unhappy and intimidated, are leaving. they are so good at following their contracts that they may soon be invalidated entirely. it is a poorly run complex at or near bankruptcy. why is the average tenure here 1 year or less? and by the way, I assure you, I can afford to live here. Likely quite considerably easier than you. I choose to live better. But with respect, I'll continue you the honor of pontificating your scholarly views and whitty attacks on your neighbors. your tenure with these vultures attenuates your incapacity for critical thinking and speaks volumes about your satisfaction with your station in life. you may have truely reached your apex. How much for a little off the sides?

Well how did the thesaurus work out for you? It seems perfectly. Personally, I think most of the reviews on here are simply ranting and raving either because they broke their contract with the complex, was denied by the complex, or simply wasn't handed a glass of champagne and strawberries when having a problem. Things go wrong, that is LIFE! I know it is quite frustrating when your AC goes out or your neighbors are loud. But you have to deal with what you have been handed. Call the office, complain-don't yell and let them know what frustrations you have or what problem has occured. Would you not be much more willing to help a resident if they approached you in an understanding and calm manner? They are going to respond with an understanding and calm manner! It is that simple. Apartment living is difficult at times. You share two walls and a ceiling or floor with a neighbor. You are going to hear things. If you dont like it, dig deeper into your pockets and get a house.
