Memorable experience at the Saddle Brook West Apartments

We moved in, on July 1st 2006. There were several issues regarding the appearance of the apartment, but, by working out mutually we were able to amicably resolve most of the issues.
Water heater problem was fixed in less then an hour
A/C filters were regularly changed. If access was not available, the maintenance staff left the filters on the door step for us to replace
Outside door lock got stuck at 1:00 A.M. one Saturday morning. Although the maintenance staff was off-site at the time but he was still able to make it on-time. Lock was changed and we were inside our apartment before 3:00 A.M. Thanks to 24/7 emergency service of the Saddle Brook and courtesy of the property manager and several neighbors who offered their bathrooms, food and drinks.
Last July just before we were moving out to our new house, our A/C stopped functioning in the middle of Sat night. The crew immediately worked on the A/C but discovered that the spare part required to fix the problem can only be available in the morning. We were moved to the model apartment for one night. We were able to move back to our own apartment by 11:00 A.M Sunday morning.
Conclusion:
In life things do go wrong and probably will go wrong the best thing, we as tenant can do is the following:
1. Pay are rent on-time How we would like if our employer delay our salary
2. Be courteous to people who provide 24/7 service to us We should treat people the way we would like to be treated. After all they are not our personal servants
3. We should respect others and take extra care of others property We need to take responsibility of our own screw-ups.
Our move-out process was extremely quick and memorable. We really miss living at the Saddle Brook West Apartments. We whole heartedly recommend Saddle Brook West to our friends and others. The new Property manger is just outstanding; she goes out of her way to help tenants. Also, her office staff and maintenance crew are all just unmatched. It was just lovely experience all around.

Ifit was an employee, wouldnt you think she would want to throw you off with a username? Well anyways I agree completely with all of your statements. They are not servants, it is not their fault if someone parks in your spot, its not their fault if your AC stops working. But everything has been handles with us very promtly. We love it and I really don't see that changing.
