I have lived in Saddlebrook West for about a month now and I have not had any problems. We signed a pre-lease to get a a deal they were running at the time. The staff is very nice and helpful. We came back and looked at the apartment about 6 times before we signed a lease and we were not pressured once to sign. We signed for septemeber then soon realized we wanted to move in aug. They didnt have any of the exact apts we wanted available so they moved the model for us! We shopped around for a while and really fell in love with the place. The floor plan is great, neighbors are nice and friendly, and the complex is beautifly kept. The only minor problems I have found are the gates are not always working (sometimes they just simply stay open, but I have always been able to get in or out, so it doesnt bother me) and there is not enough parking at all. But the staff does tell you that you can park anywhere as long as your not blocking a carport or garage. So we can always find a place to park and havent really had any troubles. We NEVER hear any of our neighbors. When we checked out the apartment before we moved in our faucet in the master bath had a letter missing (the c on cold handle was gone) and I let them know. They had it changed before we ever even moved in. Then some lights went out on the tracking and the guest bath shower nosel was making a whistling noise. Theyw ere there the next morning to fix everything. It was great. Overall, we love it so far and couldnt be happier! I would recommend it to anyone, and in fact I think a friend of ours is moving in soon!

How sugary sweet. If you truly are a new renter, you are EXACTLY what they are looking for-oblivious. Post again in a few months. Also, when you have parking problems, and you will, good luck getting assistance from ANYONE, so-called "security" OR the office. They do NOT enforce parking violations, and they will NOT tow violators. People move in/out all the time and as far as noise, oh, you'll hear your "neighbors" soon enough.

Its an apartment, your going to hear your neighbors. Plus, we spent the little extra to be upstairs to help with that issue. Maybe you should have too. The staff has been nothing but helpful and polite. If someone was to come at me rudely with a problem I would find it hard to help them. I think it is all in how you approach things. It's life, things aren't always perfect, or as you say "sugary sweet".
