Overall Bad Experience

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
My husband and I separated for a few months beginning in Nov of 04 and these apts were running a move in special. I had a jack russell terrier puppy and asked about the pet deposit. They told me it could be pd in monthly payments and the puppy could go ahead and move in since I was going to sign a one year lease. I signed the lease, went to my car to get a Driver's license they said they needed - for what, who knows - and when I went back in, the manager was standing in the doorway holding my lease and told me that there was no way I could move my puppy in until the full pet deposit was paid. Every time I have tried to call the office, they are rude and 3 different times have asked me to call back because they are at lunch - THEN WHY ANSWER THE PHONE'! Just to tell someone to call back'! My husband and I have worked things out and I asked about what it would take to get out of my lease. They would not work with me at all and were extremely rude, so I will be breaking my lease...if anyone needs a one bd one bath on the ground floor...
