Not a safe area. Occasional violence. Very, very, very RUDE manager. Lots of mentaly handicaped people living here that watch your every move. They literally stood outside my apartment and tried to catch glimpes inside my window. Management did nothing about it. I would not recommend this apartment to any one. PLEASE, stay away.
