I lived in this complex for 11 months. The complex went through two managment changes within that time. The building I lived in had a foundation problem and was leaning to one side, fileing cabinets and doors opened on their own. When it was time to move out I gave a notice of three months as courtesy and also to see if I would be able to relieve some of the monetary burdens such as a reletting fee. I was told yes, at the time I moved managment was changed and the agreement that I and the previous manager had was not honored by the apartment complex, instead I was told by a corpoerate tool that the manager has no authority to make those type of decisions. Then why have a manager' When I attempted to contact the corperate office to speak with someone my calls were never returned, the overall managing of this facility from ground level to corperate level is very poor.

And yet Anon, while you berate this person for a spelling error, you're having difficulty yourself! "you're more than likely AND educated..." Really???? If they need to go back to 3rd grade then please ask them to save you a desk.
