The whole time we lived their our A/C broke down 2 times our heater 3 times. The living room ceiling fan had to be replace because it wasn't mounted right and acted as if it was about to fall. The doors and drawers in the kitchen constantly came off. The carpet was stained in every room and then they charged me for it when we moved out! We lived in an upstairs unit that the porch looked as if was about to fall off the building and my 1 yr old fell down the last 6 stairs one day when we asked management if we could move to the vacant downstairs unit we where very rudely told no not unless we broke our lease then came signed a new one for the down stairs one and to take better care of our child to hold his hand or something so he wouldn't fall down. They didn't even bother to ask if he was okay. The pool was always locked. The badly roaches and ants where gross and the whole year i lived there they never once sprayed for bugs.
