I wrote the "not too bad, Not too Good" review some months ago. I will update it now. I lived there 1 1/2 years. Called the police about 30 times for fights,drinking,load music in the parking lot. The rules you are given when you sign your lease are not enforced at all. I put down a 400.00 dollar deposit ( rent only 319.00)

Now when I moved out, I gave 30 days notice which the management decided to cut short. Instead of letting me stay the 4-5 days past the first of the month they told me out by the 30th which was a Wednesday. which they waited until the end of the month to tell me and had to change all my plans ( uhaul, move in date at new place,etc etc).

Not only that but when I left the apartment I left it clean, I had new carpet which still looked new. I had one minor hole in a wall from a falling accident. I recieved a 1100 dollar bill stating they had to completely remodel this apartment.I was warned by a co-worker that had lived there previously that i wouldnt get my deposit back and he was right. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU WANT/EXPECT YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. the lady still has not provided proof of repairs ( required by law to provide if requested by tenent). In fact I never got a bill from them, she sent it straight to a collection agency. I would not recomend moving here
