The building and the grounds are nice and well kept. The management and front office staff are nice, friendly people and are responsive to maintainance and complaints issues. The only problem is with a small number of the residents. Some of the adults do not behave very adult like. They hang outside, and sometimes get a bit loud and at night and after hours when working people are trying to relax after a hard, draining work day. Some of these people are drinking, even though it is not allowed. Maybe they didn't read the signs or their contracts. Many of them are obviously on some type of "public assistance", which unfortunately causes many people to act and behave irresponsibly. They sometimes have bouts of misbehaviour and loss of self control and self regulation. They totally forget that they are responsible to their neighbors - even more so in an apartment because they do not own it, but are renting an apartment and sharing grounds with others, including young children. Inside their apartment is their space, not the stairwells, etc.
Other than this, it is a nice place to rent a place to live. Maybe management should give them a lecture when they move in and explain that bad behavior can be grounds for eviction and that "disturbing the peace" is a crime.
