I lived here for about two years and at first it was nice however after a very short while things went bad. The manager is rude. There rules are harsh and take away your human right to some degree. The inspections every month would be ok if she check on the condition of normal wear and tear of the apt. instead she's to busy worried if you've vaccumed or if their are dishes in your sink basically you need an entire day to prepare for these inspections even when you keep a clean unit. Children are not welcome in fact they are not even allowed out of the apt. unless they're at the park or walking to the car. She's racist I have seen residents be put out because they are white with black company....she will write you up and not notify you...very bad management. The only good thing about the complex is it's a nice place and good price and overall crime rate is down however my guests car was broken into and we couldn't call police b/c policy is if you call or have the police called on you you get evicted. If someone assults you in your apartment go somewhere else to call them they WILL put you out. Very scary not being able to call police in an emergency. Don't dare be caught outside of your unit after 10 you will be writen up. I needed an apt. not half way house. I would never recommend these apts. due to Marilyn the manager.
