All bills paid is the only way to go....especially when you're on a tight budget and you like to keep your place a comfortable 55 degrees year round....
I lived in a one bedroom with two other guys, crowded but kept the rent way down!
We foiled the bedroom window to keep it dark 24/7, turned the AC down all the way!
We drank like fools at night and slept all day...somewhere in between we went to a few classes at MC Squared! Excellent place!
