The apartments seemed nice at first. Then Once we got settled in. We had issues with leaks,my refrigerator stop working,my sink in the bathroom was constantly leaking eventually the water smelled bad. After a month maintence finally came to fix it.I dont even want to talk about security. People have broke in to my car twice and management said that's just a part of staying in Waco. To all the people seeking an apartment this is not the place especially if you're raising a family.
