the price of the apartments are really nice. water is included as well as trash and pest control. While the apartments are a nice size, with walk in closet, the layout is horrible. The staff has improved considerably since we moved in but maintenance is just as bad. Even with the addition of requests, maintenace never seems to know what they are doing and it usually takes a long time to get around to you even though you can see them doing nothing at their building. Both my husband and my cars have been broken into twice on what the office considers "the safe side of the apartments" Had a huge hole dug in front of our apartment to fix pipes, hole was covered but the safety bushes were never replaced. Maintenace requests occasionally never gotten to at all. Fake gates that keep no one out just cause residents near the gate to have to drive the long way around to get home. Security is a joke. They are never around. I see city cops more than security. The Commons might be ok if you are looking for a very short term apt. stay, but if you are looking for long term...look somewhere else.
