(user photo) This is what my hallway carpet looked like on 6/12/2007 after they vacuumed up the water from a leak... It still looks like that and it's 6/19/2007!!!!

I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for an apartment. Sadly, every previous review is correct. The maintenance requires several contacts before a response. My wife and I's apartment FLOODED three times. The first time it occured; we had to call twice and appear once in the office to get help. They never corrected the problem. The office staff is apathetic and rude. They overcharged us when we moved out. The tennis court they advertised has never had a net while I lived there. The workout room had only one machine that worked when I attempted to exercise. My advice...find somewhere else to live. My wife and I both felt mistreated by the staff. The new lady is the only one who tries to help people, but she does not have enough authority to fix the poorly managed complex.
