I moved in with a 12month lease in Oct and moved out the middle of Jan due to the crime rate in the area and the fact that the complex had been set on fire 5 times in that month. My neighbors were drug dealers and sat at there window all day everyday staring at people and anytime my tv was turned on they would beat on the floor until it was off. Upon move in my apt was in a terribly gross manner there was dry pee on my toilet and hair cloging up my bathtub. When I paid to break the lease they tried to charge me 600.00 and keep my deposit even though I left it in MUCH better condition than when I moved into it. New management or not, I do not consider this a safe place to live.

These apts were cute but have gone downhill and are now officially known as ghetto. There are crackheads, drug dealers, unsupervised kids, horrible broken up paved parking lots, and too many thug looking dudes and druggie looking folks posing as apartment display, very attractive, not.
