Where to start..how about dirty needles near the laundry facility, residents buying & selling drugs in the parking lots,a staff who does not care, & apartments that are falling apart!! I lived there for a year & could not move out FAST enough. Living there was hell & I would never recommend any one living there.

One day I was taking my son to do laundry when I saw a used needle on the side walk!! When I contacted the staff all they had to say was that they hoped they did not have a drug problem. I was shocked. MY son could have got stuck with that & that is all they had to say!!

Maintenance was the worst I had ever seen, also. My dishwasher broke & began to leak all over my apartment over a holiday weekend. When i called the pager i was told that a leaking dishwasher was not a emergency & it could wait until Monday. Not only could it wait but i was told I had to clean it up!! I had my toilet break in the 1/2 bath also. They were quick to come & turn ALL the water off to that bathroom making it useless. I had to call day after day for 3 weeks before they came to fix it!!

Hope you like to really know your neighbors to!! I swear every time our neighbors had sex we could hear them! Not only sex, but conversations, tv's, kids, every thing, it was NEVER quite!!
