This is a nice place overall. Very spacious with lots of closet space. Management is very friendly and willing to fix anything they can in time. All bills are paid and they go by income now, so the price is right!

The only problems I have incountered is the water leak outside my apartment building. You could see toilet paper all over the lawn which to say the least smelled terrible. But they worked on it frequently.

Also, there is a club nearby, which means there is a courtesy patrol car most nights to make sure everyone is safe around the complex...but they do tow cars that don't belong on the property. Because of forgetting to put up my tag ONE night, I got my car towed and had to pay the $95 just to get it back an hour later. Just remember to have a tag up at all times!

Overall, I recommend this place. Neighbors are nice and not too noisy, but ARE nosey. Oh well!
