University City is a nice place to live, they have an excellent customer service the buildings are lighted and clean, nice neiborhood excellent maintenance have security guard that take care well of the property the most i like is that by a small fee all utiliies are included i just worry about one bill.I always recomended them to my friends because i'm glad to live here i have tranportation thru all Maryland the have an excellent ubication.
