I am can promise you that this place it a huge waiste of money. The roofs leak, there is no parking, the pool closes at 10, and car are constantly bieng broken into. They are now raising the rent because they have a new manager that can't find his head from his a@#. They are all about making money. And the less they have to put into the property to get it the better. There are rats in the one building, roaches in almost all of the buildings, and forget about getting any deposit back. Even if you leave your apartment spotless expect them to charge for dust on the baseboards. They will do everything to get you to live here but screw you over in the end. Trust me, I use to work there. They even suggested that I leave a fake review on here not too long ago. What kind of company does that! The only good thing about the property is the maintanence men keep the place looking nice.
