It's located in a very bad part of town. U Club had the (dis)honor of having the first murder of Waco in 2005. Also, people's cars are broken into every night. The staff will say there is security, but the best thing you can do for your safety is stay far, far away.

I lived there for 2 years. The staff is incompetent, the buildings are filled with mold and pests. There were several new managers when I lived there and each told me something different. We should have left when they didn't even spell our names right on the original lease. They also messed up the dates for moving in and out and our rent. We made them redo the lease, not just white every thing out like they wanted to.

Our apt leaked so badly we had standing water in the bedrooms. We asked to move and they wouldn't let us - just brough in a fan to help dry the carpet. Ruined a lot of furnitre that we had to throw out. We also have pictures of the mold in the walls and baseboards. Don't believe them when they tell you there isn't any mold - we have the pictures!

They lost our rent deposit and then threatened us when we had documented proof that we had paid.

There is a corporate office in California, but they won't return your calls...ever!

Most of the good comments were probably written my the staff. Don't believe anything they tell you!
