Man, i had lived in these apartments for three years, and three units! The first apartment i was in was a downstairs 2 bedroom! It was a great apartment for the time i was in it! Not one problem! My second was a downstairs 3 br unit by the office that had a mouse infestation like no other! the ac unit was horrible! every time the lawn guys would be there, they would cut the wires to the ac with a weedeater, and we'd have to wait like 2 days to get it fixed! my third apartment was an upstairs unit that had a bad roach problem due to disgusting downstairs neighbors that moved in about a week after us! This has been the worst apartment you could imagine! the bathtub has been broke since the first shower that was taken due to the plumbing! The knobs would pop out of the wall and break off! the tile fell off while you would shower!the leak from the bathroom lead to the kitchen sink area and into the ac room! maintenance didnt want to fix it until we moved out, so we now have a nasty leak with black mold growing from the rotted wood! the worst thing about this complex besides the manager angie is the problem with the gates! The neighbors, (trendwood-like the worst apartments in waco-), dont have a pool.. so all these thugs jump the fences...or walk right in 90% of the time due to the gate being broke! the bad part is that they threaten you on your property you pay to live on! They walk around throwing gang signs and smoking weed! If u need to use the computer room, you'd better hope they got the lock fixed on the door, or you'd be waiting a while! You walk into use the computer and get a 12-19 yo wannabe thug with a black and mild in his mouth playing pinball telling you,(you gonna be waiting awhile cutty!)...and they dont even live there! usually about once a week, you here helicopter sounds late at night! If you look out over the balcony, you can see the police helicopter shining its spotlight right by your window! so you can tell its obviously really safe here.. yeah right! and when you move out, you better make sure you hire a professional cleaning crew to clean your apartment, or expect at least a 1200 dollar final bill! My first two apartments were left very nice, and i struck even on my deposits to move into new units without oweing any money! that was when dianne was there! She was the best manager i've ever had! With angie, i owe a crapload! and forget about getting back any deposits! This place went to hell...believe me...angie is satan! stay away!

Threaten legal action. That's what we did. They kept putting false charges on our final bill. Everytime I argued it the bill would go down a little more. I finally got it to -$100 and said to myself, I guess I will pay $100 to get rid of these people.
