These apartments are the worst apartments in Waco! I have lived in several different apartments in Waco and I have never encountered problems like I have here. The gates are always broken. Maintenance will not fix anything! The manager, Angie, is the post unprofessional person I have ever encountered in a management position. The apartments have mold in the walls and ceilings. These apartments have drug dealers throughout the whole property. The employees all are on drugs, and at one time I even had a maintenance man try to sell me drugs. The windows are not secure; you can open them from the outside even if they are locked. The deadbolts on the doors are loose and broken. You have to wait over a month for any maintenance request to be met. The pool was closed by the health inspector the summer of 2008 because the pool was not safe. The chemicals in the pool were off. The pool was green! Not to mention that the hot tub never works, and when it does it looks like it hasn t been cleaned in ages. These apartments are very bad, and I would tell you to run away as fast as you can. Don't get caught in the "it's so cheap" trap that others have!
