I have to say we only moved into these apartments because it was all we could get into considering we are first time renters. The Apartments are not nice on the outside and they look very old. On the inside they are nice and are very spacious. The rent here is a decent price for what you get. as a student i only pay 499 for a 3 bedroom. the utilites are allocated...but we came to figure out your not only paying for your bill. there are four apartments per staircase...we are the only apt occupied in our area..but yet the managment here leaves lights on in the other apartments 24/7 and if you add it up and count correctly you come to find that your only paying for a percentage of all the apartments bills. which is not fair cus if we had regular electricity like through txu we may have been paying maybe 100 dollars rather than 200 a month. I have to say this place is not located in a good neighbor hood, we here gun shots all the time late at night and even in broad daylight...and yes i know exactly what a gun shot sounds like and thats definitally what it is each time. I do not feel safe at night walking up to my apt. i dont even feel safe to take my dogs to the bathroom at night with out some one with me. The parking lots are not lit up therefore are dangerous. The cops are always here due to assault, etc on someone or another. The maintanice take days and days to come fix any problem you have. or toilet was broke for a month before they came to fix it. Luckily we had a second on to use..but it soon broke to leaving us without a proper toilet to use. When you move in the management will sugar coat everything...dont let them fool you into moving in this place unless you really want it. Soon the will be inconsiderate and rude to you especially ANGIE...SHE IS THE WORLDS WORST B****. Tanisha is great...friendly and always helpful. I dont suggest you eevn take the time out of your day to deal with angie..its not worth it. You will soon see that you get one answer from tanisha thats helpful and nice and then you turn around for some reson and get a rude incconciterate reply from angie...im nt kidding when i say she is a problem here. It is cheap here but then again you get what you pay for along with the awful Infamous Angie. She will tell you start asking mommy and daddy for money to come up with your rent...but you see she doesnt seem to understand that yes this is the ghetto but no some people here are NOT ghetto. Oh and upon move in make sure you take lots of pictures and have a lot of cleaning supplies because your apartment will be DISGUSTING. oh and your charged for a redecorating fee....like 75 dollars..and for what reson cuz like i said the apts are disgusting. I highly do not reccomend this place to anyone!

it was nice and cheap but angie is a ----- got me kicked out then got 6 other peole kicked out if she wasnt thereis would be okay even though the was a couple break ins
