Sterling is such a rip off!! Their rent is WAY overpriced for these poorly built apartments that are full of ants! The parking is a NIGHTMARE....it resulted in a $250 parking ticket for me. It is POORLY lit at night and is dangerous. They are money hungry...especially at check-out time! I had my carpets professionally cleaned and they came in and found 3 TINY spots (she had to get on her hands and knees to find the spots...) and wanted to charge me $85 to clean the spots! They also tried to charge for the washing machine lid not being clean enough. Most of the stuff they advertise as having (ATM machine, tanning machine, pool, etc.) never works. The new management is much nicer, however!!
