The best thing about Sterling is that I only have to live here for one year.

NOTHING WORKS HERE. The internet is always down, the pool is never open, the tanning bed is awful. it is always dirty and lights need to be changed. The workout room is a joke, what bad machines they have are broken and free weights only go up to 40.
Dont let them fool you with free cable. Cable, ya free is nice, but it is only select channels.

ANTS ALL OVER THE PLACE!!! I think this is because the choose to water the grounds around the patchways to the point of flooding, not only does this cause ants and flys but you track mud into your apt. and your shoes and pants are wet and muddy. Then they are going to change you some outragious carpet cleaning change upon moving out!

MAINTENANCE/MGMT IS HORRIBLE. The A/C is horrible. Does not cool apt. even after tons of service requests. Managment is snappy, mean, and disorganized. The worst is the short long black haired girl.

NO PARKING. Still a problem, even after mangements horrible attempt at parking stickers.

CARS GET BROKEN INTO ALL THE TIME. I leave my car on campus and ride the trolly it is so bad!

WAY OVERPRICED. AND Rent is going up again! Do i need to go on' Does anyone want to take over my lease so I can get out of here!
