I have lived at Sterling for the last year and a half and enjoyed it tremendously. I looked everywhere for an apartment and these are the nicest, newest ones close to Baylor. All of our maintenance problems (even the big ones were handled in an appropriate time manner). The staff I knew was friendly (sometimes the "student" staff goofed off a litte, but who doesn't). And it is not overpriced considering the alternatives. Overall, it is a great environment to live in as an undergrad.
