I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and I have really enjoyed it. I have Sterling to thank for "introducing" me to two of my best friends. They placed them in my apartment and I was very skeptical at first. It turned out very well and now I have two very treasured friends. I think it is funny reading the postings. It sounds like people get bitter, especially at Baylor, if they don't get everything handed to them on a silver platter. In my opinion, all the comments have been exaggerated to some extent. For instance, we had ants as well, and the office was very prompt to inform us of the type of ants, and how the pest control was dealing with these ants all around Waco. Anyways, I will be graduating in May, otherwise, I would definately stay at Sterling for another year. It's a great deal for what you pay.
