i liked sterling at first, but then i moved in. the office staff (overall) sucks and they aren't concerned with any of the problems and concerns of the tenants. the maintenance is SLOW (practically non-existant), the grounds look like ----, and there is dog crap EVERYWHERE (even though they claimed they were going to designate an area to avoid this problem). there have been about 5 or 6 break-ins this year alone (probably more that i don't know of), and a car was stolen and then later wrecked and sterling didn't even think to be considerate enough to tell their "precious tenants" about this issue so that we could be aware of the problem. if you are thinking about living here, THINK AGAIN. if you have signed a lease for next year (2004/2005)--i reccomend you have someone take over your spot or pay to get out of it. trust me, that $200 you pay to end your lease will feel a lot better than paying $400 every month for a year to live in a suck ass apartment!!!!!!!!!
