This apartment complex is terrible. The building surroundings are dirty and unkept. The management is unfriendly and unhelpful. There is a no pet rule - and one of the office staff who lives in Sterling has a cat. The buildings are very poorly and cheaply constructed and infested with ants. Our apartment flooded twice due to cheap plumbing. They close down the pool as "punishment" if people break the rules there. It is overpriced and the things they promise you wont come true. If you get a furnished apartment, expect dirty furniture that smells. You would have a better time living at home with your parents.
