i lived at sterling back when it was new, i can't remember the exact dates so please forgive me if i am not accurate. it was fairly expensive but at the time seemed worth it. unfortunately that was not the case. it appears as if things have not changed at all. even when new there were problems with noise, trash, grounds, pool, appliances, management, etc. we didn't have an insect problem that i remember. our neighbors sold pot out of their apartment and it was raided a couple of times. loud parties were frequent. also, the walls were very thin and i remember sleeping on the couch when a neighbor 'had a date'. i also had to threaten legal action when they refused to return a deposit based upon their allegations of excessive water usage, which was almost $1000 for 3 months when NO ONE was at the apartment. after months of calls, letters and finally certified letters i did receive my portion of the deposit. however, my other roommates were not as fortunate due to the fact they preferred to let it go as opposed to taking an active role. i wished i would have been able to get into another complex but that is what happens when you procrastinate. this wasn't a good fit for me and i was ripped off. just go in expecting it to be typical undergrad housing. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

Enough is enough with apartments at Baylor pushing students around because they "can"! STAND UP for yourselves and submit a complaint to the U.S. Attorney General!
