I have found out from another resident that the management here puts fake positive reviews on this site to make it seem like a nice place to live. So take any positive reviews with a grain of salt. Many of them (perhaps all) are written by the people who work here and just want your money.

Enough is enough with apartments at Baylor pushing students around because they "can"! STAND UP for yourselves and submit a complaint to the U.S. Attorney General! hahahahaha. That last response is very amusing. "Pushing students around??" Let me tell you this. I worked at this apartment complex for 3 years (2001-2004) and the only people pushed around at the apartments around Baylor are the employees and staff of those apartments. And it is not the students who do the pushing around. It is the parents, grandparents, or whoever has spoon fed these students for their entire lives. The students will not stand up for themselves. Half of them weren't even responsible enough to call the office when they had a problem. They would tell mommy, daddy, and grandpa so they could call for them. There are no fake reviews from management. I lived in several apartments and the bottom line is there will always be complainers. There will always be people who have issues. There will always be people who absolutely love the place. Take these reviews with a grain of salt. And remember, this is a collegiate residence....it is made for college students who have the tendency to destroy everything. I've seen it!
