I think one of the best qualities is the maintainance which is usually on the ball. We had several emergencies (pipe burst, door fell off, etc.) and they sent someone to help right away. One plus is the shady trees, it's really homey and pretty.

Just watch out for aggressive homeless people, not so much the ones that dig through the trash (every day), but the ones that will go to your door. Keep your doors LOCKED.
