I have lived here for about 6 months and haven't had problems nearly as bad as others have described. I have had some problems with roaches and a constant, maddening problem with ants....everywhere!! When I moved in nothing had been cleaned. The carpets are nasty and smell so bad that I can't sit on the floor to do crunches. Also, the people who lived in the apt. before me apparently were smokers, because when I open a closet or pantry I smell smoke. Also, the people that live above me must smoke because the smell comes through my vents all the time! The noise is also a problem. My bedroom window faces the cul de sac and there are constant loud parties and hoopty cars with booming systems driving in at 2 and 3 in the morning. Its close to the community college, so theres lots of young students. I've also had a problem on several occasions of people banging on my door and running away'!' No major parking problems and nothing stolen. The apartments around me have been mostly vacant since I've moved in.
