This was my first apartment. The apartment
was a good size and the people were nice. It
was a little expensive though. The ofc staff
was nice. They would work with you if you were going to be late with the expensive rent. I became friends with my neighbors and
the maint. crew was cool and helpful. The only issue i really had was the air conditioner didnt work well and there was
an ant prob.Overall good if you want to spend
a lot of money!!!

I think village green was the best priced apartment i found in waco.
