I was able to have my lease terminated....maintenance is incompetant and it took them a month to come fix a leak in my kitchen...i had to live for 3 weeks with a third of my linoleum as (all 3 layers!) of it peeled up. They take all breeds of dogs but treat the owners as if they are horrible people for owning them. Then maintenance tried to claim my dog tried to bite him because I called them over at 8pm on night to fix a boiling hot water leak. I've gone through 5 managers since moving here and each is more useless than the last (one of them had a unsecured dog that attacked mine). It's not worth it. I'd rather live in my car next time.
