Luckily from what i've read my apartment isn't as bad as others. Although, the maintenance men never come to fix anything. The fan in our bedroom hasnt worked since we moved in. when we moved in the carpet near the kitchen was like, ripped up. our disposal breaks every 2 weeks, its been broken for about 3 weeks now, and we've put in work orders, no work has been done. When we first moved in, there was a HUGE leak in someone elses apartment, or a pipe busted or something, but there was feces all over our bathroom spewing out of the bathtub drain. It soaked almost half the carpet in the living room, and somehow migrated to the closet, and ruined about 4 pairs of shoes and a couple hats.

About 2 weeks ago, our neighbors moved out, well they started working on the apartment and made it into a "model". Everything was upgraded in the apartment, it was painted, new tile floors, new carpet, new appliances, and new sinks. pretty much they did the works on that apartment. During the showing, my boyfriend was listening to his music quite moderately, and the witch that works in the office knocked on our door and told him to turn it down because she was showing the model. Yesterday someone moved into the model.
