The maintenance SUCKS! It took them 4 months to fix my A/C and now that it's fix... it won't shut off!! ...I still have stuff that needs to be repaired, I put these work orders in 4 months ago as well. It's ridiculous!

The people in the office are very judgmental, and extremely snotty... why' I have no clue, they have no reason to be!

The model apartment looks like a mansion compared to the real ones they rent you.

There's never any parking, and cars are constantly getting broken into.

They lost a money order of mine... took a week and a half for them to pay me back the $50 they owed me.

Washing Machines do not have hot water...
My shower doesn't even get hot water!

Don't plan on relaxing by the pool either... because just when your nice and relxed, a snake will crawl up beside you.


...Please don't make the same mistake I did!
