Please my name is Marquita Harrell, and I lives in apt 4162 in Village Green, at the back of the comlpex where the rodants are at, no fence to keep your children or you from falling, the fixtures in the home are so ----ed up it is terrible, maintance aint about ----, they don't come and fix nothing and if they do they tear it up worser tahn before, I had a running faucet, no small leak but faucet, they didn't fix it until I moved out and I moved out do to Neglance to the Apartment not fixing the repairs and they had over 6 months to do so I gave them 3 written notices as opposed to only 2 that you are supposed to give as stated in the lease agreement, makesure you read the lease good before you sign it,I was told I would have my last month for free since I had to pay an additional deposit, in which they gone state of no you got December 2005 for free but I paid but they took it and put towards a deposits please, Bull ----, then the MANAGER is MONA and the DAUGHTER RHONDA is the ASST MANAGER (YEAH), they try to ---- people out of there money, you pay a $64 REDORATING FEE (paint the walls and shampoo the carpet) when you move in which is NON-REFUNDABLE, but if you get the carpet dirty you have to pay then the next person get charge the same fee when they move in, now tell me what they doing pocketing this money aint no where in the lease but in the community property. Then RHONDA had the nervous to forge my signature on a blank piece of paper stating saying I MARQUITA HARELL promise to pay $525.00 on 12/01/06 and forge my name as the signature PLEASE and it is not stated no where in the lease, it states you will have DECEMBER RENT FREE does not say 2005 or 2006, please, and so hey I got a lawyer and I canceled my last months rent check, and they will be receiving a certified leter in the mail stating when they need to appear in court. BECAUSE THEY TRIED TO MESSS OVER THE WRONG PERSON.......MARQUITA HARRELL
