oh and trust me, i did have a 600 dollar electricity bill. it wasnt cooling but the dumb maintaince people who waited way too long to come initially, told us to keep it running. which made our electricity bill sky rocket. and you must be a manager...because somehow my last post is gone. magic'' i dont think so. what, do you not want people to know what really goes on at good ol village green'' this place is horrible, im in the process of getting it shut down. and the new person knows absolutely nothing....which i guess puts her right up there with you two dumbsticks. if anyone gets a chance to read this, who is really considering moving to village green, BACK OUT NOW. DO NOT SIGN THAT LEASE. THIS WILL BE YOUR BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!!

I've lived there before. I understand your problems. You hit the nail on the head with the "dumb maintenance" people. Besides this --------- that came to my rescue one night, everybody else is a complete IDIOT, including the management, ------ included. These are the kind of people that make you want to hurt them after hours. They tend to forget that yes they're running a business but the buniness they run effects a very intricate part of many people's lives. This is not a game but they treat it like one. Get the place shut down; I'll throw a close-out party--on their property--if the roaches let me do it!!!
