What s the definition of skanky girls' To clear a point, ------ was out on --------- since June. I think she is back now September. So to blame something (forgery) on someone who wasn t here for 3 months is NOT a fair assessment. Maybe you signed the form yourself!
As to the -------- maybe you should NOT judge someone else s personal appearance. (You know that story about don t throw the first stone ).
As to the owing money no matter where you live, you have to pay rent or a mortgage payment when due. Renew your lease or not if you are so unhappy, then move. It s a free country. Go ahead and live on the street ; it ll be cheaper, but you wouldn t have a bathroom or kitchen with bad tile, just asphalt and concrete. Why waste money on a hotel.
There is a new apartment community by the Waco ISD stadium; so move there, but be ready; the rent may be much higher. And how could you have a $600.00 electric bill and the air conditioner is broken it doesn t use electricity if not working''''
I ve lived in rent houses, apartments and duplexes. There are problems everywhere, but I m happy at Village Green. So move since you are so unhappy I don t want negative people around me here.

Wow, this review doesn't even make sense. I had to read it a couple times to figure out what the hell this person is talking about. I just wanted to mention that the electricity bill they're talking about is definately possible considering that whether or not something is or isn't working it can STILL USE ELECTRICITY. Hell, your TV and your curling iron burn some electricity when they're plugged into a socket even when they're off. I'm sure the person you speak of had a nonworking air conditioner that just blew normal air that wasn't cool. Still uses electricity as if it was cool. Please make some sense if you're going to even TRY to make a defense for these crap apartments.

Thanks for your response...but its 10 months after the fact. I was responding to another tenant who said their a/c was not working, but failed to mention the fact that it was on and 'just blew normal air that wasn't cool'. Only in their response did they make that known to readers. The tenant also made inaccurate statements about the staff and the webmaster deleted the item. No, I am not an employee, but was a tenant at the time. There are other accommodations available...or purchase a home...we did and it is wonderful. The market is big and the prices are down. Take advantage of that. Have a great Friday.
